Dr. Alexandra Durrieu

Dr. Ally is the founder and owner of Nature Nurture Chiropractic, where she is passionate about helping children, expecting moms, and families throughout South Florida experience greater health through neurologically focused chiropractic care.
Born in Tampa, Florida, to two chiropractor parents, Dr. Ally was introduced to chiropractic from the very beginning. At six years old, her family moved to the Republic of Panama, where she spent the next 12 years of her life. Growing up between two cultures shaped so much of who she is today, and she is proud to serve families in both English and Spanish.
This passion led her to Purdue University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Exceptional Needs.
Following in her parents’ footsteps, Dr. Ally went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic. She has continued to pursue advanced training specifically focused on pediatric, prenatal, and family care. In March 2024, she earned her Pediatric Experience (PX) certification and has continued her postgraduate pediatric training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and its CACCP program.
Dr. Ally is also trained in the Webster Technique, a specialized chiropractic technique used during pregnancy to support pelvic and nervous system function as a mother’s body adapts throughout pregnancy.
Dr. Greta Forstie
Chiropractor
Dr. Greta was born and raised in Minnesota. Her love of adventure led her to spend a year living abroad in Finland and several years in Alaska. She discovered chiropractic at 18 years old, when care helped her find relief from painful menstrual cycles and chronic ear infections she had believed she would have to live with forever. That experience allowed her to travel more freely and comfortably navigate changes in elevation. It also was a the main inspiration for her to pursue a career in chiropractic.
Growing up in a large family and a community filled with children and babies, Dr. Greta developed a love for caring for little ones early in life. She is a proud auntie to many and is expecting her first baby in January 2027.
Dr. Greta completed her undergraduate education at Thomas Edison State University and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Sherman College of Chiropractic. She is certified through the Pediatric Experience and in the Webster Technique, and is currently continuing her training through the Perinatal Experience to better serve couples looking to expand their families.
Outside the office, Dr. Greta loves spending time outdoors, whether at the beach, in the mountains, fishing, or camping. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. Her passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves and enjoy life more is at the heart of the care she provides.
Lexi Arrizi
Office Manager
Lexi is a proud Florida native, originally from the Space Coast, who now calls Boca Raton home. With years of experience in the medical field, she has developed a deep passion for neurological health, chiropractic care, and helping families feel supported throughout their health journey.
Lexi brings a caring, organized, and welcoming presence to Nature Nurture and truly loves being part of a team that helps families thrive.
Outside of the office, Lexi loves all things real estate, fishing, and aviation. Most of all, she loves spending time and going on adventures with her husband, Michael, and their two boys, Sebastian and Mack.
Emma Goode
Care Advocate
Emma is originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, and is currently a student at Florida Atlantic University. She has always had a passion for healthcare and helping others. While she originally planned to pursue a career as an ultrasound technician, her journey at Nature Nurture sparked a new passion for chiropractic—and she’ll be heading to chiropractic school this fall!
Emma brings such a warm, positive, and caring energy to the Nature Nurture team, and we’re so excited to watch her continue to grow in the chiropractic profession.
A few fun facts about Emma: she has a twin sister named Kate, her favorite color is pink, and she is a huge dog lover—especially when it comes to her own pup, Boomer!
